With nearly two decades of experience in education, Latoya Moore, the founder of Rays of Hidden Light Academy, brings a deep commitment to student growth, academic excellence, and innovative learning. My professional background includes serving in multiple roles, such as classroom educator and academic coach, supporting both students and fellow educators in achieving high levels of success.

Throughout my career, I have worked closely with diverse learners and collaborated with instructional teams to improve student outcomes, strengthen teaching practices, and promote meaningful learning experiences. My work has focused on helping students build confidence, think critically, and reach their full potential. The vision for Rays of Hidden Light Academy was born from a desire to create a personalized learning environment where students are seen, supported, and empowered. The academy reflects a belief that every student has unique strengths and the ability to thrive when provided with the right guidance, structure, and encouragement.
